Rachel returned to Scotland after living in Paris where she had learned how to make macarons at a cookery school. Unable to find the perfect macarons that she so missed and craved, she set about making her own at home and selling them at Farmer’s Markets. 10 years later she has a team making 25,000 macarons a week and more.
