Emily grew up in Brittany, France, where bread was central to her daily life. Fast-forward 25 years, attending Le Cordon Bleu London’s Boulangerie programme deepened her knowledge of bread-baking and the science behind leavened dough. She was frustrated by the lack of delicious, healthy bread on offer in the UK and so started Good In Bread.
