Agua de Madre

Fascinated with fermentation, its powerful benefits and strong cultural foundations, Nicola set about creating an ‘ancient modern’ drink to share with the world. She fermented Agua de Madre, a water kefir made from a mother culture that  nurtures the gut. Agua de Madre is brewed in small batches in London but its name is inspired by the care of mothers from all around the world.
