Brighton Gin

Kathy was struck by the idea to make Brighton Gin when running down Brighton Seafront one morning after a gin-laced night-before. She realised she’d gotten away with not feeling too ropey by sticking with just drinking gin: one of the more ‘forgiving’ things to imbibe – not having the sulphates and sugars which give you a headache the next morning! Then it hit Kathy – Brighton, a city notorious for its love of a (boozy) good time where people need to ‘get away with it’ the next day on quite a frequent basis, made Brighton and Gin a perfect match. Fast forward 10 years and Brighton Gin is going strong, still fiercely ethical and independent.
