Working in the corporate world Carol was emotionally overwhelmed, dealing with high anxiety and stress that impacted my mental health. So, she drove for a solution. When stumbling upon essential oils, she felt a shift and some relief from her symptoms and experienced the magic and transformation these oils can bring. At that time, she searched for a perfume that would also provide stress relief, but couldn’t find anything. So, Elyse & Me was born.
