Woolf’s Kitchen
The first time Dominique tried her Auntie Dang’s (now legendary) tamarind sauce, she was blown away. She had never tasted anything like it and knew it had to be shared with the world. When lockdown hit in 2020, Dominique seized the opportunity. She started making her auntie’s sauce in her kitchen and, with her three kids in tow, sold it to local independent shops. Expanding the range with other Thai recipes inspired by her aunt, Woolf’s Kitchen was born.
