Kerry was born with a connective tissue disorder that causes her daily pain. As someone that is constantly uncomfortable she wanted to create a range of earrings that offered mood boosting bright colours and patterns, whilst also being hypoallergenic and lightweight.  As a mother of two young children it was important to her that everything she wears is functional, looks good and is zero fuss. She got to work designing and making accessories from various materials and fell in love with cork’s lightweight and durable properties. She started selling some of her favourite bold cork creations and Trend Tonic was born.
