Having always loved fashion that blends the old with the new—her staple go-to look being a tweed blazer with jeans—Ria searched everywhere for similar options for her daughters. She was uninspired by the choices available on the market, noting the lack of colour, character, and comfort that are so important in children’s clothing. Realising the clear gender bias and limited choices for young girls, the concept of The Little Blazer Company as a gender-neutral blazer specialist was born. Ria aimed to create a range of beautifully made blazers that are fun and easy to wear, while recognising individuality by enabling and encouraging self-expression and playful freedom for all children.
