The Gluten Free Bakery

For years, Rana thought that suffering from symptoms of fatigue, bloating, digestive problems, brain fog, and irritability (to name a few) were normal. When she was finally diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, Rana was able to understand what was wrong and felt overwhelming relief. She set out to find great-tasting gluten-free food, but the thing she missed most was delicious, crusty bread that she couldn’t find anywhere. She decided to make her own using ancient grains and traditional fermentation techniques, and with the help of her co-founder Alexander, The Gluten Free Bakery was born.
