The Garden of Eva

Eva had learnt the Black American tradition of pickling and preserving from her mother, Tina, who refused to buy overpriced jars of pickled watermelon rind when she moved to New York. Noticing that there was a gap in the market for pickled and preserved foods from various different cultures, she used the time spent in the kitchen with her mother to begin building her own brand, The Garden of Eva.
