After a decade long career in sustainability, Laura founded SXOLLIE because she discovered that the cider category is hiding behind lovely pictures of orchards and tractors while the actual products we’re being served are laden with buckets of added sugar, flavourings, colourings and mostly it’s made from concentrate. Laura and her co-founder Karol care about what they put into their bodies, so knew it was time for change. Passionate about running a sustainable business, Laura wanted to leverage her experience in sustainability at KPMG and the Australian Federal Government to ensure that sustainability is at the heart of everything they do at SXOLLIE.
