Sukhvinder and her husband Imran grew up challenging traditions, and tequila was no exception. After tasting a sea of mediocre, harsh tequilas, they knew it was time to create something better. They spent a decade travelling around Mexico and visited 18 distilleries before finding the perfect match: a female-led distillery aging tequila in wine barrels. When they finished late one evening, tasting their custom made tequila profiles for their range and woke up the next day at 5am bright eyed and bushy tailed, that was the moment they knew they’d not only found their distillery but their tequila too.
