Rubies in the Rubble
While working in finance, Jenny started reading about food waste and was shocked by the amount of fruit and veg that is rejected because it doesn’t look perfect. On one early morning visit to New Covent Garden market was the catalyst to act as she saw the amount of wasted produce for herself. As a side hussle, Jenny began rescuing produce from New Covent Garden market and experimenting in the kitchen making childhood favourites like ketchups, mayos and relishes. The rest is history.
