Rempapa Spice Co

As a homesick Singaporean, Shu started cooking and hosting supper clubs from her little kitchen in London. In 2018, Shu started Rempapa Spice Co, selling her small-batch curry and sambal pastes from a farmer’s market stall. Rempapa comes from the word ‘rempah’, which means spice paste in Malay. Packed with the flavours she grew up loving, Rempapa Spice Co make cooking incredible Southeast Asian dishes at home fun and simple.
