Emily and Ali are a mother daughter duo with a passion for nutrition and sustainability who started a catering company in 2018. During the growth and running of this business and despite the chefs making beautiful, healthy food for their clients daily, the duo hardly had time to eat themselves. This inspired them to try ready meal options, but so many on the market contained lots of added ingredients (gluten, dairy and refined carbohydrates) or weren’t complete meals. This sparked the idea that they should create our own, using the most popular recipes from their catering company. They now have a range of over 35 meals and soups that they deliver nationwide, all under 600kcal, made with organic and free range ingredients, gluten and dairy free, containing no seed oils and designed with nutritionists.
