Blanca is the founder of Our Lady of Greens (OLG), an award-winning start-up dedicated to sustainability and wellness. With a background in journalism and corporate communications, Blanca transitioned from her career in the City to pursue her passion for conscious living. From her home in southwest London, she brewed raw, unfiltered Kombucha from wonky or unsold excess fruit and this became the first product sold by OLG, Blanca’s brand built to inspire others to make sustainable lifestyle choices and improve their overall well-being.
