During the 2020 pandemic, and after suffering bereavement, Alienor turned to adaptogens and other new strategies to help her with her mental wellbeing. Realising that manual activities were helpful to her as well, she started making her own nut butter. One day she experimented with combining adaptogens and nut butter together and the result got Alienor so excited that it gave her her spark back. Alienor refined the recipe in her kitchen, partnered with a manufacturer in the UK and Nuccy was born—the first nut butter range designed to support mental health.
