MyBliss
Mo had been on hormonal contraception for ten years and experienced severe side-effects including depression, mood swings and cystic acne. When she went for medical support, she was just told that the side-effects of the contraception were worth putting up with to not get pregnant. Deciding to give up hormonal contraception, Mo and her fiancé Joel re-entered the condom consumer world and what greeted them was a stagnant industry displaying bright coloured and juvenile products completely unsuitable for female consumers. It signified a larger problem; women’s needs were not considered. The couple founded MyBliss after years of research into what women want from their sexual wellness products. Their belief that contraception should be a shared experience and neither partner should solely hold the burden lead to them selling state of the art condoms dedicated to helping women take control of their pleasure and sexual health.
