Mon Dessert
As a young girl, Samina loved baking simple cakes for her family. When she met her French husband and was introduced to the world of pâtisserie, she became captivated. Despite a career in Digital Marketing, she couldn’t get pâtisserie out of her head and so after the birth of her second child, she took a leap. Samina gained a place as an apprentice with Chef Raymond Blanc, had another baby, and realised that the world needed to experience the enjoyment of French pâtisserie-making from the comfort of their own home. She soon launched Mon Dessert, a range of delicious french-inspired baking kits, bringing expert pâtisserie skills to even the simplest of home-bakers.
