Modern Persian Kitchen
Natalie grew up with a passion for Persian food. She would regularly call her Dad for help to create feasts for her friends to recreate the unique dishes she grew up loving. After moving to London, Natalie’s frustration at the lack of Persian food on offer, and her parents having to send regular food packages to get her by, developed into an idea to make Persian food more accessible. As a family, with an idea sparked by her mum, they put their heads together to bring to life an opportunity to leverage their combined backgrounds to celebrate and provide a taste of their beloved heritage to households across the country.
