Miam Jars

As a chef with a life-long love of pickling, preserving and making sauces to minimise food waste and enjoy produce all year around, Rachael had her ‘A-Ha!’ moment when she started getting more and more requests from friends and family for a jar or two to take home with them. Seeing an opportunity to bring her own style of home-made fun and flavour to the pantry shelf Rachael left her job as a chef to launch Miam Jars, a range small batch pickles, preserves and sauces.
