Following a random bet with her friends that she couldn’t make homemade marshmallows, Harriot spent all night in the kitchen and emerged astounded at how much gooier and tastier hers were than the ones in shops.  Before she knew it, she was playing around with recipes and flavours, and force-feeding friends and family with samples. She decided to invest £250 in buying a whisk and a batch of ingredients and then it all took off from there.
