When Hillary had her first baby, she found that traditional baby and toddler food sold in the supermarkets had been on the shelf longer than her baby had been alive! (with a shelf-life of up to 2 years!) She felt there was a gap in the market for freshly prepared meals, like the ones mothers made in their own kitchen – meals that were kept in the fridge, not the cupboard. Little Dish started as a trial in a handful of stores and now the award-winning meals range is available in UK supermarkets nationwide and in Belgium too.
