Whilst working as a humanitarian aid worker in March 2020, Kloe became infected with COVID-19 and lost her sense of taste and smell. One month later, she developed parosmia—a distorted sense of taste and smell—which she has yet to recover from. This battle had a silver lining: she became curious about why products smelled and felt the way they did. No longer satisfied with the majority of products on the high street, Kloe decided to create her own range of skincare. KZ Organics was born, bringing affordable, spa-quality, deliciously smelling skincare to the market.
