Ellie used to eat cheese with virtually every meal, but when she decided to ditch dairy in 2015, she couldn’t find a vegan cheese in the shops that hit the spot. She started making her own cashew cheeses at home and was inundated with requests to share her cheesy creations with others. Encouraged by the brilliant feedback, Ellie decided to sell her delicious vegan cheese. Before long, she was struggling to keep up with demand and so created her own brand, Kinda Co., which now consists of a team of 8 with a custom-made vegan cheese factory in Somerset. Their cheeses are now sold all across the UK.
