Husk & Honey Granola
Hedié became obsessed with the granola on holiday in Brazil, where people would make it fresh in their home. Unimpressed with what was available in the market, when she got back to London she was inspired to try it out for herself. After making some for a friend to sell at a farmers market, demand snowballed. So she quit her job as a psychologist on the NHS and Husk & Honey was born with focus on provenance and ethically sourced ingredients working directly with British farmers and makers.
