Go-Low Baking
Louise initially started a ketogenic low-carb diet to lose baby weight but soon saw it’s other benefits, such as increased energy, better mood, clearer skin and less bloating due to the anti-inflammatory nature of low-carb eating. But she missed the lack of baked goods so she began experimenting with her own recipes of brownies and cookies and tested them out on her gluten intolerant daughter and diabetic dad. And that’s how Go Low’s range of bake-at-home low carb mixes was born.
