Lucy and Kat first met in February 2023 when Kat found Lucy in the woods cooking a whole lamb over a fire. Since then, they bonded over the idea that great food doesn’t need to be complicated and co-founded Goat Rodeo Goods. Since then they haven’t looked back and hang their hats on cowboy level versatility from reinvented simple cupboard staples pickles, preserved and spice blends: with the overall aim of keeping more British grown food in the food system.
