Food of Gods
During her time travelling through Iran, Zanzibar, India and Ghana, Prerna enjoyed visiting numerous farms and experiencing the wonderful taste of home-grown spices. She soon realised the vast difference in taste between food ingredients sold back home and these ones in the close-to-source grocery stores. She became passionate about bridging this gap and spent two years forging deep relationships with farmers across India, Sri Lanka, Ghana, and Madagascar. With a vision to build a direct, transparent supply chain that provided consumers access to the finest and freshest single-estate spices, Food of Gods was born.
