After living in Shanghai and studying Chinese Medicine, founder Freya became hooked on the gut health benefits of kombucha! Back home, and unable to find kombucha on the shelves – the craving called and she set about brewing kombucha under her university desk! After graduation in 2016, Freya eschewed a career in the city to start Fix8 Kombucha and spread the mission of gut health within soft drinks. More recently, Freya has launched Fibe Prebiotic Soda as a sister brand to FIx8, to continue to disrupt the soft drinks industry spread the gut health mission.
