Deliciously Ella (Plants)

In her second year at university, Ella suddenly became very unwell and went from being a normal student to effectively housebound in a matter of months. As a personal project to improve her health, Ella changed her diet overnight, swapping to a whole-food, plant-based one. She learned to make plant-based recipes and began sharing them online. This change to her diet slowly improved her health and allowed her to feel more like her old self again. In solving a problem for herself, she ended up solving it for millions of others, turning the original recipe blog, Deliciously Ella, into the company it is today. Along with her husband, she has now released a successful range of food products under the brand Plants and is proud to have been off her medication for eight years thanks to her transformative diet.
