CHIMMY’S

Sofia and her husband Diego were famous among their friends for their homemade chimichurri. Instead of a wedding present, one couple asked Diego and Sofia to bring as much chimichurri as possible to the South of France for a large post-wedding BBQ. They duly smuggled over 5kg of chimichurri, which received countless compliments from the guests. Sofia, recognising an opportunity, declared that they would try to turn the sauce into a business, and CHIMMY’S was born, combining their Argentinian heritage, Diego’s Michelin-starred chef expertise, and Sofia’s vision and entrepreneurial spirit, all while celebrating the British culture that has welcomed them and their family.
