After years of searching for an authentic, great-tasting Hong Kong milk tea in the UK and Australia, Cassandra and her husband decided to create their own. While juggling full-time jobs and a baby, the duo bottled Hong Kong’s most beloved beverage in a ready-to-drink format. What began as a passion project quickly gained momentum and just three months after launch, production moved into a commercial kitchen to keep up with demand but the aromatic, silky-smooth milk tea is still pure nostalgia in a bottle.
