At age eight, Halle was introduced to the art of selecting and grinding spices by her beloved grandmother, setting the foundation for her lifelong passion. She graduated from Leiths School of Food and Wine and joined forces with co-founder Myles to create Camelēr Spice Co., a collection of carefully blended spices. As a British-Saudi Arabian, Halle is constantly inspired by the deep rooted history of spices used in cooking around the world.
