Botivo
Botivo began when self-confessed hedonist Imme tried artisan Sam’s nonalcoholic take on a bittersweet, grown-up drink—originally created for the parties he catered for the rich and famous. After guests kept asking where they could buy it, Imme approached Sam to become his business partner. Together, they relaunched the brand and product you see today. Every bottle is still handmade on Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire, and Botivo is now served in 45 of the UK’s top 100 restaurants.
