Years of working in the food sustainability space exposed Amelia to the many problems facing our food system. She realised that beans, with their soil rejuvenating properties and millions of varieties, were the answer to so many of these problems and decided to do something about it. Her lightbulb moment was during an Erasmus exchange in Madrid where she first tasted heirloom beans, and decided to launch a brand “on a mission to make you obsessed with beans, by giving you the best of beans”.
