ARC-TEC began as Charlotte’s university project while studying architecture, inspired by her passion for biomimicry (design based on nature’s ingenuity). Her idea won first prize in the Big Idea Competition 2022, sparking the journey from concept to product. Driven by a desire to help kids engage beyond screens, Charlotte developed ARC-TEC as a construction toy that blends nature-inspired design with hands-on creativity, bringing architectural exploration into children’s play. She launched the first series in 2024 made with 100% biodegradable material made from corn.
