When her son reached a certain age, Alison noticed that many of his friends were overwhelmed by the prospect of purchasing an engagement ring. Inspired by this and her love of jewellery, she trained with the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), began designing her own rings and Alicia J Diamonds was born. Five years later, she is offering bespoke and ready to wear natural diamonds and gemstones in the UK and Dubai.
